Overview We have noticed over the past few years that where staff buy into the overall equality agenda, there can be a lack of awareness and application with their immediate colleagues and those within other departments. The obvious stereotypes spring to mind: HR seem soft and fluffy to the Finance department and as for Housing Officers and those working within the community .. and then there's that chap in the next office who just has to line up all his pens .... this 'banter' can and often is a form of low level bullying.
