 First-in-Line is a group training, coaching and support program for new managers, and those who still feel new. It is spread out over 6 months, and dedicated to developing new managers, team leaders and supervisors and for those looking to progress into a management position.

First-in-Line  is a result of over 20 years experience, training, supporting and coaching managers and this is what they tell us works.

The First-in-Line Program is in the following format:

• 6 half days training, coaching and mentoring meetings; one meeting per month
• One of the above sessions will be using the SDI* inventory
• 3 hours’ one-to-one coaching sessions; taken over the telephone or internet (from 15 mins upto an hour per session)
• E mail support
• Places limited to a maximum of 6

Cost: 2010 prices held at from £660 per person attending

Location: Hampshire (or a location to suit you if you have 4-6 managers)
