The benefits of coaching within higher management are well documented, and now the benefits can be reaped at all levels. The combination of HR, coaching and NLP qualifications and experience gives unique insight into the needs of staff and the business needs of an organisation. Combining these skill sets, we will work with you to create programs which will assist greatly with staff morale, motivation, work life balance and of course stress levels.
One to one coaching is fast becoming the preferred and most effective management and staff development tool, and we have a strong philosophy that for a company to really perform, coaching needs to be available to all staff and this is why we have come up with a number of options for managers:
Option 1: First-in-Line: is a brand new 6 month group coaching and support program, dedicated to developing new (and not so new!) managers, team leaders and supervisors. First-in-Line is also open to existing managers and staff who wish to progress into a management position and who would benefit from additional support. Places are limited to six participants to ensure each person gets personal attention.
First-in-Line has been designed using what works from 23 years of coaching managers (7 years at The Coaching Works and 15 years working within Human Resources) More details of the First-in-Line program.
Option 2 6 one-one coaching sessions followed up with quarterley 'maintenance' sessions is one of the most popular options
