SDI Green Whats InsideSDI Red Whats in the tin

The potential for conflict between 'high reds' and 'high greens' is very high, let me explain what I am talking about!

People with a high green motivation value and prefer working in an environment where there is clarity, logic and where things are thought through thoroughly - after all how can you possible make a decision without all the facts and research?

On the other hand people with a high red motivation like things to move fast, they like a challenging, fast moving environment and are quite happy to take risks in order to get things done, claim their earned rewards and move onto the next challenge or opportunity.

There is no right or wrong but we all tend to see the world through our own preferences and the danger is that we can also think 'yep thats how the world should be'.

Ms Green is taking her time, to ensure any decisions that are made are based on sound logic and evidence and Mr Red sees this as nit picking, slowing things down and this can and does result in conflict. To make matters worse the more Mr Red pushes Ms Green to get things done and hurry up the more 'unbending' she may appear to be.
