The Strength Deployment Inventory® is also known as the SDI®.  

Since I became accredited to use the SDI with individuals and teams, I have been amazed at the insights that can come from learning more about yourself and others

The SDI is visual, very memorable and based on 3 main colours which almost instantly gives a wonderful gift of self-awareness and increased understanding of human behaviour and motivation.

After completing an easy and brief questionnaire your results are plotted on a coloured triangle and wherever you are on this triangle denotes the great strengths you possess and what type of work and lifestyle gives you the greatest satisfaction and opportunity to use those strengths.

Over the next few weeks I will be adding some case studies on my use of the SDI.
