Chartered Member of CIPD (over 15 years experience within Human Resources & Staff Training and Development)
Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy

That's the formal stuff; and qualifications are all very well but nothing really prepares us for life, except life itself. And there’s a great saying which goes something like some people go through life having a near life experience - so pertinent to so many of us!

It’s often useful to think of our lives as a ‘work in progress’ and we work with people who realise they do not have to stay where they are in their lives, be it their personal or work life, or both. Sometimes we get stuck, or reach a crossroads and need the equivalent of a “Kick Start” (think biker, think lawn mower!) and coaching can give the kick start, help you gain clarity of direction and give support while you brave the changes you need to make.
